How it
actually works.

Epithalon (also spelled Epitalon) is a synthetic tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) first isolated and characterised by Professor Vladimir Khavinson at the St. Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology over four decades of research. Its primary documented mechanism involves activation of telomerase — the enzyme responsible for maintaining telomere length — in somatic cells. Telomere shortening is one of the established hallmarks of cellular aging; compounds that activate telomerase have generated significant interest in longevity research.
